The ECR Grand Residency by OYO Rooms

The buffet was a lovely spread, especially at the offer price of Rs 149 per person, and the restaurant food tasted great. My family and I felt safe at this hotel on ECR, and the staff were polite and courteous. I’d hesitated after reading the reviews, but our stay was lovely. It’s child friendly, with plenty of activities, and I’d recommend booking here near VGP when you’re on ECR.

We were unable to get a cab to VGP, so the owner drove us there himself. That kindness and service really stood out. I was there with my family and kids, who had a great time playing with the hotel staff. Everyone was very polite, and we had a really nice experience.

I’ve stayed here several times with my family, and the place has always been neat and tidy. The staff are polite and help us get all our work done. A nice place for a family stay.

We wasted two days here. If you want peace, comfort, hygiene, and safety, think carefully before booking. The restaurant pictures may look tempting, but don’t expect the place to match them. The contact person was kind and friendly, though the service itself was poor. The bathing area wasn’t clean, towels weren’t provided properly, and they reminded us to leave three or four times before noon while we were packing. They didn’t provide shampoo either. The pillows were terrible, and the AC wouldn’t work below 17. Water from the AC was scattered around the room, and part of the floor had sunk into water. A service man told us to change the mode because of the leak, but that didn’t help.
