The restaurant staff weren't very friendly, and their service was poor. The rest of my experience was great. The hotel is in the city on OMR Chennai, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, and she shared useful tips and advice about the city that made our trip more interesting. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, the rooms were spacious and well cleaned, and the facilities were excellent. The pool on the 5 th floor was a real highlight, with a city view from above. All meals were included in the price, which was a great deal. Thanks to the front office staff for going the extra mile. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The view from the hotel was lovely, and I liked the interior design. There are nice indoor and outdoor dining halls, a party hall, and a swimming pool. A master panel in the room controls the lights and lets you call room service for cleaning, laundry, and other things. The food was above average. Fully recommended.

The food was good, though there wasn't a huge range of choices. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all complimentary. The hotel is on the main road and easy to find, with rooms that are really good. Valet parking is available, and the infrastructure and upkeep are good. Prices are normal. The staff were a letdown, though, and their credibility was lost because of them.
