The breakfast had a good spread, and my stay was excellent. Mr Janardhan in housekeeping and Ms Leela Durga at reception were very courteous. I was happy with the hotel and hope to visit again soon. Thanks to everyone across reception, restaurant, and housekeeping for making my stay so enjoyable.

Avasa Hotel in Hyderabad is in HITEC City, with easy access to tech parks, shopping centers, and major attractions. The location works well for business trips or tourism. Its contemporary design and warm hospitality come with spacious, stylish rooms, plush bedding, and good soundproofing that keeps the busy IT corridor out. Bathrooms are spotless and have premium fittings. Dining is another strong point, with Indian and international dishes at the in-house restaurants and a breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Staff are courteous, professional, and attentive without hovering, and check-in and check-out are smooth. The hotel also has fitness facilities, meeting spaces, and event halls for conferences, weddings, or corporate stays. A comfortable, convenient upscale option in Hyderabad.

The room was spacious and impressively clean, breakfast offered plenty of variety and high-quality food, and the on-ground staff were courteous and responsive. The hotel itself was excellent, but office transfers dragged down an otherwise pleasant stay. At check-in, I was told cab transfers to the office were included and that 20 minutes' notice was enough. They arranged a bus instead, then delayed departure while waiting to fill it to capacity. Several guests, including me, ended up late for work. For a business hotel, treating transfers like a public bus route was frustrating and unprofessional. If you promise a 20-minute lead time, you should honor it. Making guests wait to save on fuel is poor management. I hope Avasa addresses this.

Sanjana made a real difference during my stay. She was professional, efficient, attentive, and available whenever needed without being overbearing. The check-in was smooth, and the hotel feels refined but comfortable, with modern design and exceptionally clean, well-laid-out rooms suited to a business stay. With the strong location and well-maintained rooms, Avasa Hotel felt reliable and good value. I’d recommend it and stay again.
