The staff were no help. Each time I asked for something, they said it would take 10 minutes, but nothing happened. I had to remind them three times just to get a clean towel. The room also looked nothing like the bright photos online: damp walls, peeling paint and gloomy lighting. There were stains on the sheets, the pillows smelled unwashed, and I found hair in the bathroom and dead bugs in a corner. Wi-Fi didn't work at all during my stay, the AC rattled loudly all night, and the breakfast was cold, oily and barely edible. I booked FabHotel The Royal Plaza because of the name and pictures, but the place was nowhere near royal, or even a basic budget stay.

The room wasn't properly cleaned, and the AC was really loud. The hot water was only lukewarm. They hadn't provided a towel or dental kit, and there wasn't a TV remote. The TV itself didn't work either.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. Mosquitoes and other insects kept biting me through the night, and there were cockroaches and bugs on the bed, floor and walls. The room smelled bad, and the pillows had unexplained white stains. Even the toilet health bidet spray didn't work properly. The room's cleanliness, pest control and maintenance left me feeling that basic hygiene and guest safety weren't met. I want fab hotels to remove this property from their brand, because it damages trust. Now I have to check three times before booking any FabHotel.

It was a calm, comfortable place to stay, with a relaxing atmosphere that suited both a family trip and business travel.

I can't see myself using or recommending this place again. The AC smelled bad, the wardrobes were torn, and the TV channels weren't available. Its sound kept cutting out every 30 seconds. The toilet Gun was broken, and the door had no inside handle to open or close it.
