We'd paid in full in advance for five AC rooms, but didn't get them until 6 PM. We arrived at 11 AM, and even though check-in officially began at noon, we were left waiting in the lobby for six hours with children and family. Management took no responsibility or showed any courtesy or professionalism. They kept avoiding us, arguing, and even shouting at guests who had already paid. The most arrogant, disorganized hotel management I've dealt with. Completely unacceptable. Never again.

Dolphin Park Hotel was a terrible stay, and I strongly advise against it, especially for families. The booking photos and promises were completely misleading. Our room smelled unbearable, the bedsheets weren't clean, and the washroom was filthy. The rooms overall were dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. Staff were careless and unresponsive, with no concern for cleanliness or guest comfort. Basic facilities were missing, and the place felt unsafe and unpleasant. It doesn't meet even the minimum standard for a decent stay. Save your money and peace of mind.

The hotel was clean and neat, including from a hygiene point of view. Mr. Natraj sir at reception was very helpful, especially in finding me a taxi and a local hotel. I'd recommend staying here to my friends.

The staff were courteous and helpful, but the building and rooms are old, and my stay was just average. I booked two rooms. Most things worked in one, though it wasn't in great condition; the other had a geyser problem and had to be changed. The sheets were old and need replacing, the washroom was uncomfortable, and the toilet lid was broken. Check the room carefully before booking.

I booked through MMT for a few hours on 8/Feb, with check-in at 6 am, and reached at 6:03 am. They said no room was ready because other guests had to check out first and the room then needed cleaning. Someone checked out at 6:15 am, but I didn't get the room until 7:10 am. I wouldn't recommend this.
