My parents had to leave right away and find another hotel after seeing how pathetic this place was. In the chaos, they unfortunately couldn't take any photos or videos. Everything from the staff to the room and washroom was horrible. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
We booked four rooms through booking.com, but they gave us only three while charging for all four. It was late at night and we had nowhere else to go. The service was the worst I've ever experienced.
The room looked nothing like the photos, and it wasn't maintained properly. The AC wouldn't cool below 27 degrees. We had paid Rs 650/- to Oyo, but the owner demanded another Rs 200 or said we couldn't have the room. I was checking in at 1200 hrs, so there was no chance to argue. An auto driver had already scammed us for another Rs 200/-. It felt like everyone there was ready to take extra money. Two stars at most.
I paid one amount through Oyo, then they demanded extra when I dealt with them directly.
We only stayed for 4 hours and didn't mind too much, but I've had much better hotels for 600₹. I paid 803₹ here. The room had insects, the restroom wasn't clean, the AC couldn't be controlled, and the water heater didn't work. Water came out very slowly, too. Parking was poor, and the map pin took us to the wrong place. We arrived around 1:30am, exhausted, while the building manager carelessly played a game. He said we'd have to pay extra if we paid offline, so I ended up booking online. Some might say the experience was to be expected at that price.
