The rooms were clean and tidy, just like the photos, and the breakfast was good. The hotel and its employees are nice, including the receptionist, who was friendly even though I came in through an online deal. For an ordinary person looking for a decent hotel with some benefits, it’s good value for the money.
The food is very good, and the cook makes dishes North Indians would enjoy. Rooms are spacious and have AC, and hot water is provided. The staff are supportive and helpful. Some washroom equipment is rusty, apparently because of poor-quality water, and there are lots of mosquitoes. Apart from that, everything is nice.
This place is best suited to corporate stays, with lots of twin-bed cots. The rooms are small, but great, and the property is well maintained. Housekeeping and room service are perfect. There’s 24/7 power backup, lifts, and parking, among other facilities. Breakfast is served at reception, which is fine for a corporate guest.
I booked this hotel through my company, and the room I got hadn’t been cleaned. I left the keys at reception for two days so they could clean it, but they never did. When I called to ask for a water bottle, they told me to come downstairs and show my booking ID to collect it. The maintenance was awful. I didn’t expect OYO to sink to a level worse than a local lodge.
I stayed here for two weeks. The rooms are good for the price, but the place doesn’t feel lively, and I hardly saw anyone on the floors. Breakfast should be served hot, not kept in a hot box, and they should offer choices instead of one item each day. They provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but no oil, toothpaste, or brush.
