We asked for a double bed since we were a married couple, but got two singles. They then moved us to a deluxe triple room and charged extra. The room and toilet were dirty, the floor hadn't been swept, the bin was still full, and there was no toilet seat. I complained but got no response. A very unpleasant stay.

The stay was good apart from two things. Water kept leaking from the toilet, and the noise stopped me from sleeping. The blanket was rough and uncomfortable too, so I ended up buying a new one to sleep.

We stayed for a few days in 2016, and the affordable rates were a plus. The bathroom was very clean and had warm water, and after trying a few hotels in the heart of T-nagar, I found this one among the better ones. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it’s centrally located. They didn’t serve breakfast, or at least they didn’t in 2016. The linen was stained; even after I asked for a replacement, the new set was stained too. I once hung my washed clothes outside near where the staff stay, and some were missing when I came back.

A handy place to stay in T nagar, with Pondy bazar and the other well-known shopping centres all within walking distance. The famous restaurants are close by too.

The rooms were really neat and clean, and room service was good. The staff were kind and responsible. It’s very close to the shopping area.
