Updated feedback, 27/1/2026: Thank you for responding, fab Hotels. Surabjit was the sales person who sold us these nestlay rooms that couldn't be sold. I don't want you to pass this to teams that don't care and sell anything to senior citizens. Please refund the 30% payment, about ₹1254, to my credit card. That should have been your response, instead of calling us a "No Show," which is a blatant lie. Original feedback, 14/1/2026: We missed our flight and then had a very unpleasant experience two days ago. The information they gave us couldn't be trusted. The booking agent misled us and pressured us into paying 30% for a terrible, dingy room. The entrance was unfriendly, in a small lane, with 15 /20 stairs to climb. When we asked for the manager, he said he was coming down, but never came to speak with us. We waited more than 15 minutes, then they marked us as NO SHOW. The sale and booking agents don't care about the inconvenience to senior citizens. They just want to sell. Even if these rooms were offered free, people shouldn't have to deal with the confident misrepresentation in the sales pitch. The guidance was terrible, and the information for selling the rooms was very unreliable. Not worth a penny.

The service boys were good, but the receptionist wasn't helpful and didn't explain the complimentary breakfast properly. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel, though room service is available. The location works well for an airport stay. OTA Nanganullur Metro Station is nearby, and you can get to the Airport in five minutes.

The buffet breakfast choices were limited and the food was a bit too oily. The rooms were clean and an okay size. It's in a good spot, about 15 minutes from the airport and a five-minute walk from the nearby metro station, but there's a lot of airplane noise.

We'd already paid the full amount online, but they charged us extra. The managers were rude and wouldn't accept the payment receipt generated online. The staff were very annoying, and the whole thing felt fraudulent.

We booked for two adults and one child but got two single beds. When we asked for a double bed, they wanted another 1000 rupees. There were cockroaches all over the room.
