We book with OYO expecting a certain standard, so this was disappointing. The rooms and washrooms weren't clean to that standard, and the facilities fell short too. Staff weren't helpful, and they even tried to put us in a room at a lower rate. OYO, please don't let your standards slip.
The mattress and pillows were stained, the AC had no flow wings, and there was no generator. The receptionist also seemed fully drunk in the daytime.
Really, really awful service. The person at reception behaved terribly. Please don't stay in those rooms.
