The outside may look nice, but my stay was atrocious. The rooms were small, with nasty walls, and the price wasn’t worth it. There were vacant rooms throughout my stay, which I can understand after this experience. You and your family would be better off staying somewhere else. The Wi-Fi was less than 1 Mbps and struggled even to send WhatsApp messages. I needed to book tickets, couldn’t get it done, and had to buy a data package. It was so slow I couldn’t even finish a speed test 😂. They advertise "hi-speed wifi," which was complete nonsense. They called me ten times demanding payment immediately, but ignored my requests for complimentary services. I asked five times before giving up.

The room was good, but the online booking said breakfast was complimentary and I had to remind them every day. Even then, breakfast had just two choices, idli or dosa. The Wi-Fi was under 1 Mbps and wouldn’t even send messages.

They charge over 2600, but the service and staff behavior are poor. They also bill by the hour after your stay, without giving you even a single extra hour. I had this kind of experience here, so please don’t visit. There are plenty of nearby options.

We were charged ₹2550, even though the daily rates shown on the hotel website and Booking.com were ₹1900 and ₹1950. That was frustrating, but the rude reception left the strongest impression. I checked in with my family around 12:30 AM, and Mr. Ibrahim was arrogant and unhelpful instead of welcoming. I’m Tamil myself, so I was shocked by the way he treated a local guest. We spent one night there because we had to fly to Dubai the next day, and the service felt unprofessional and irritating even in that short time. During our recent 10-day trip across Maldives and Sri Lanka, the other hotels showed warm hospitality. This was the worst experience of the lot, and not the standard I expect from a hotel.
