The staff were so friendly, and I was impressed by how well they handled my requests. The place is very clean and within walking distance of the metro station and EA Mall. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chennai.

I stayed here for an exam at Pearson VUE, which is very close by, so it made things easy and stress-free. The building is newly constructed, with modern facilities, clean surroundings, and well-kept rooms with crisp linens. It was quiet and comfortable too. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient for NCLEX candidates taking their exam at Chennai Pearson Center, and the supportive atmosphere made the stay stress-free. The rooms have no windows to the outside. They open onto an interior corridor that’s noisy, poorly ventilated, and offers no privacy. Anyone walking past can see right in, and the air quickly feels suffocating. Sound insulation is almost nonexistent, so corridor noise and staff activity come through as if they’re inside the room. There’s also constant, extreme noise from heavy construction right next to the building, day and night. It involves hammering, shocks, and vibrations, and is planned to continue for several years. It carries on through holidays and festivals. None of this was disclosed before booking, so guests arrive without warning that the hotel is surrounded by a major construction site. That lack of transparency keeps people from making an informed choice. Claims that construction is finished are inaccurate, the work is ongoing and will continue long term. Service falls below acceptable standards: there’s no regular housekeeping, staff make excessive noise in the corridors, and basic rest isn’t respected. During busy travel periods, switching hotels can be very difficult and costly because there’s little availability and last-minute prices are inflated. Guests can end up stuck in conditions they weren’t told about before arriving. Operating a hotel this way raises serious questions. This property isn’t suitable for anyone looking for rest, comfort, or basic living conditions. Strongly discouraged.
