Mayuraa Residency

We booked three rooms for three nights because we needed to stay in this area and didn't want a longer commute to a more premium hotel. The staff were excellent and timely, even handling food requests from nearby restaurants and collecting and delivering the food themselves. The group running the place seems good, so it has promise. Unfortunately, one of our rooms had a couple of small cockroaches and bed bugs, so we left early. We told them about it at checkout, and they apologized. Hopefully they'll address it soon. There was also a lot of smoke from customers in the opposite room, who left their door open and TV loud. We could smell the smoke in the corridor and in our rooms, which was really annoying.

Food delivery apps get orders here promptly, and the location is nearly on the main road, so getting around is easy. Despite that, there isn't traffic noise. The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are very helpful. It feels like a well-managed serviced apartment.

The team were so helpful during check-in. I needed change from Rs. 500 for my auto fare, and although they didn't have change, they went out of their way to give me the fare amount. I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. Check-in itself was smooth, and I had a pleasant one-night stay on an official trip. The room and washroom were clean and well maintained. The shower water flow could be better, as could the breakfast options, and the bed linen and pillow covers could be neater. Those were minor improvements, though. I was happy with the hospitality and would recommend the hotel for its helpful, accommodating staff.

The rooms were clean and good, with central air conditioning. Housekeeping took a long time to bring basics like water or towels and wasn't responsive. Still, the price made it worthwhile. I'd rate it 4/5.
