I had booked four nights while dealing with an emergency, on my first visit to Chennai. The online booking looked fine, but on arrival the driver told me the hotel had closed. After my Uber left, I was stranded on the street and had to order several more rides before finding another hotel. It was stressful and disappointing. The hotel should give accurate information and improve its service.

We used their party hall for a function. The hall was nice, the food was great, and the service was fantastic. The sound system, though, was old and awful. The amplifier had no Bluetooth, and there was also a loose cable. They need to upgrade it or customers may choose a better hotel.

The breakfast became monotonous during my stay because the same limited menu was served every day. More variety or rotating choices would help guests staying longer. The rooms also needed work: they felt dated for a 3-star hotel, with worn furnishings, peeling paint, squeaky doors, and cleanliness that could have been better. On the plus side, the hotel was in a busy, convenient area near transport and attractions, and the staff were generally friendly and ready to help.

The rooms were in very poor condition. Tiles were broken and fittings hadn't been installed properly. You couldn't control the temperature, which stayed the same, and water kept flooding the bathroom because it wouldn't drain.

A good option for a short stay, with courteous staff and very nice food. I enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner buffets, and the rooms were spacious and tidy. The property seems old, though, and the rooms need renovation, especially the flooring and bathrooms.
