Hotel Rathnavel Towers Annex

The room had a TV, AC, and hot water, and the beds and bathroom were spotless. Room service was excellent. The room boys were especially polite and helpful, and reception welcomed us and helped us find other services. The stay was very comfortable.

Housekeeping was helpful and good, but my experience with the night hotel manager was awful. He treated customers badly, had no sense of hospitality, and was short-tempered and completely unprofessional. He should be trained properly or removed from the post. The rooms cost almost double what they're worth. I could have given zero stars if that were an option. Don't stay here if you don't want to waste your money and peace of mind.

My husband and I stayed at hotel ratnavel towers annex for a meeting. The rooms were clean and hygienic, transport facilities were good, and the staff were kind. We had a satisfying stay.

The only good thing is that it's near the airport. The bathroom was dirty, the room had too many cockroaches, and the AC didn't work properly. The room was too small for the price, and the extra bed smelled bad. For what they charge, it isn't worth it.
