I found the hotel surprisingly peaceful, tucked into a quiet residential neighbourhood even though it's near Ashok Pillar in a prime area. The clean, well-kept room had very clean blankets, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Ms. Surya at the front desk was kind, courteous, and helpful with all our requests. It's an affordable place to stay if you want calm and little noise. I highly recommend it to travellers, and kudos to management for keeping it so well maintained. All the best.

Surya at reception was gracious and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I was there for one day, and the place worked out perfectly: clean and spacious, well connected, and in a good neighbourhood. It wasn't very expensive either. A pleasant option for a short stay.

Surya is the one who stands out for us. She's awesome, patient with our Kiwi accents, and always ready to help with a smile. We liked the comfortable beds and very clean rooms, and staff were happy to service them after our daily outings. The hotel sits in the middle of 47th Street, away from the busy avenues, so nights were usually uninterrupted. As New Zealand nationals, we had a small passport and visa hiccup on arrival, but by the second time we came, the night staff knew what to photocopy. We've booked a third visit to Rohaan Inns. It's almost our home in Chennai.

There isn't an in-house restaurant, and breakfast came as a packed meal from outside, which was the one drawback. Even so, my two-day business trip stay was fantastic. The residential setting kept things calm and peaceful, and the rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. I'd consider the property again for future business travel.
