Rowan Tree By Poppys

Mr. Murugan, the hotel manager, was kind and very helpful, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was nice and clean. Since it's a new hotel, everything was new. They even arranged a surprise birthday cake for me. I'll come back.

The stay was enjoyable, and I'd recommend it. The location is easy to reach, the amenities are good, and the staff are very polite. Rooms are a decent size and the housekeeping team keeps them in good shape. They offer midnight buffets, and there are decent places to eat within 1km. Prices are above average, but I felt the stay was worth it.

The biometrics centre and US Consulate are both within walking distance, which made the location great for our US visa biometrics and appointment. We had been transferred from Hotel Pratap Plaza because there were no rooms available there. Rowan Tree gave us great service and a great complimentary breakfast. Thanks to Murugan at the front desk for making the stay very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff made for a great experience. The receptionist, Moorgan, was very kind, and the waiters and bell boys were warm-hearted. Everyone was helpful, polite, and well spoken.
