The location near Perungudi’s IT park made this a handy choice, especially for friends visiting or anyone wanting to stay nearby. I got a good rate, and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and knew Hindi and a little Tamil. Food at the property wasn’t great, though there are plenty of North and South Indian restaurants close by.
I stayed three nights after booking through OYO. The rooms were good, and SP Info City is only about 400 meters away. Staff were helpful, and breakfast was available, though I only found out at checkout that some items cost extra. Finding the place took time because there’s no OYO sign and the booking didn’t show the service apartment’s actual name.
