I spent 10 days here, and it was a very bad experience. The room and bathroom weren’t properly cleaned, the bed was dirty, and the bathroom water was red. I never had the room cleaned during my stay. The AC didn’t work properly, there was no WiFi in the room, and the TV didn’t work either, although the booking listed AC, WiFi, breakfast, and TV. I didn’t eat breakfast on any day, but when I asked staff not to handle the food that way, they told me to leave the hotel and eat elsewhere if I had a problem, and said they’d keep doing it. You can see in the pictures how breakfast was prepared for guests. They also called me at 5:30 every morning to say my booking was over and that nine days remained. I’d never had this kind of experience before. I emailed and called OYO several times about the problems, but they took no action.

The room was in very poor condition, with dirty sheets and stains on the bed, and mosquitoes everywhere. It didn’t look as clean as it did on the phone. We planned to stay five days, but the lift wasn’t working, and we had elderly people with us, so it was a real struggle. The toilet shower water was grey, and I don’t know where it came from. I wouldn’t recommend this for families.

It’s a basic service apartment, so don’t expect much. I only stayed one night and there was no disturbance, but the room itself was poor quality. The sheets and pillows smelled, the hot water didn’t work, and neither did the AC remote. Just a basic place to sleep.

I booked by hotline more than a week ahead and got an email confirmation for two days at INR 1582 including tax. At the hotel, the manager said their booking system had a problem and couldn’t find my reservation. He wanted INR 2300 per night, and kept arguing close to midnight even after I showed him the confirmation email. He refused to look at it and said he’d speak to me the next day, but didn’t. At checkout he asked for at least INR 1900, which wasn’t my booked rate. I paid because I had no choice. The place was also dirty and unhygienic, especially the kitchen. There was no water in the toilet when we were leaving, so we couldn’t shower before going to the airport. Very disappointing service.

This is basically a house turned into a hotel, and the only real plus is being near T Nagar market. It might work for one person staying overnight. There’s no parking for a car, and getting around with one is difficult. You can’t park on the road either, so it’s not a good choice if guests are coming by car.
