The room was clean and felt like home, and the service was lovely. We slept well in the peaceful atmosphere, and the check-in and checkout times were convenient. The price was reasonable too. Leaving was hard because we felt so happy there. Thanks for the wonderful room service.

The bathrooms were unhygienic and felt like public toilets, and there were no complimentary items. The staff were very rude, especially at reception, and the service was poor. I found the price too high for what we got. I stayed recently and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, whether traveling alone, with family, or with friends.

We came to Chennai for medical reasons, and the staff were incredibly courteous. My six-year-old daughter had a fever, so we asked for warm drinking water. Kalaiselvi akka, who handles the hotel's cleaning, quickly brought us an electric flask to use for the rest of our stay. The man at reception also helped arrange a vehicle. Those thoughtful gestures meant a lot in an unfamiliar place. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend staying here.
