The room itself was okay, but the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, the towels smelled awful, the TV remote didn't work right, and the coffee took half an hour to arrive. Reception was very rude. The main issue was that we suddenly had an official plan, so my friend and I booked a room, and it was also my friend's birthday that day. I asked reception if two friends could come in at midnight to cut a cake, and we assured them we wouldn't disturb anyone. They refused, saying hotel policy doesn't allow visitors in rooms, though that restriction wasn't mentioned in the room policy or during booking. We're business people, and it didn't seem reasonable to make friends and colleagues meet us only at reception or discuss official matters outside the room. They also said we could cut the cake outside the hotel. We travel often, and this was the first hotel to handle it this way. They don't understand the wishes of guests and just follow the room policy. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The service needs a lot of improvement, and parking in the building is a bit cramped. The rooms are compact and fine for one night, but don't expect a spacious bed for two people.

The noise was overwhelming. We stayed for three days last week because we were visiting Apollo for medical reasons, and after that I realized I had a medical problem and stayed in the room. This branch is the worst. I also stayed at the airport branch, and that one was good. The receptionist behaved terribly and had something bad in his mouth. Staff were singing and dancing in front of us and using some cigars, which I still can't tolerate. Breakfast was complimentary, but it seemed like it was only for staff. They took food right in front of customers without any common sense.

There was no car parking, and the breakfast wasn't properly provided even though they were supposed to prepare food based on the booking. Online, they list rooms as 702 sq ft, but they only have rooms of 150 sq ft. Publishing that size is cheating customers. The manager was rude, and the stay wasn't worth the money or even a one-star rating. There was no option for zero stars. Legal action should be taken over the difference between the booking and actual details.
