Nestlay Rooms Ambattur

There's very little nearby, not even a grocery or tea shop close by. I found one more than 800 meters away, and the hotel is in an industrial area, a bit out of the way wherever you're going. The rooms are small and old, and they aren't ready when you arrive. Towels and toiletries aren't provided by default, so you have to ask. The team will help, but only when requested. I also heard clients arguing with reception because their ACs weren't working. It doesn't match the price at all.

I booked through MakeMyTrip, but the property didn't handle the booking confirmation or coordination properly. Breakfast wasn't properly arranged as expected, and management seemed disorganized and unresponsive. The room was full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable, and cleanliness was seriously lacking. My stay at Nestlay Rooms, Ambattur was disappointing, and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend it.

Mr. Senthil, the hotel manager, made our stay possible. Rooms weren't available at first, but he put in sincere effort to sort out our bookings and arrange rooms for us. That dedication and his warm, professional manner really stood out. We were grateful for his support and had a very comfortable stay. I'd highly recommend the hotel for the service Mr. Senthil provided.

The window was fully open, with no safety, so someone could easily fall. The room was in very poor condition, and the bathroom looked like a public toilet. We had to beg for cleaning, and staff didn't treat us like customers. Their behavior was very rude. I visited the same hotel two months ago and it was nice then, but now it was horrible. I've attached photos of the room condition. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
