After a long drive from another state, I couldn’t sleep well because the hotel was so dirty and poorly kept. The staff were rude too, which made the whole stay worse. I’d booked one night at the Booking.com price, but when I arrived they asked for more without clearly explaining why. The front desk had called to confirm since I was coming late, and I’d told them I was definitely still coming. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Crossway. Find somewhere cleaner and more professional.

The room and restroom weren’t cleaned, the TV didn’t work, and there were mosquitoes. Both the fan and AC made noise. The management was irresponsible, and the booking amount didn’t match what they asked me to pay. The place felt very money-minded and had a very bad atmosphere. It didn’t feel safe for couples.

Avoid this place. They charge 2000 a day for a room with a terrible mattress whose springs will leave your back hurting. The washroom was awful too, and there was no heater.

The amount they quote and what they charge are different. A really bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Almost everything in the room was dusty, and the bedsheets were dirty. The bathroom was the only clean part. The spring mattress was so weak that its springs pressed into my back when I pushed myself up.
