The apartments feel like home and are well maintained, with a clean environment and shops and supermarkets nearby. They have a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and 24-hour check-in and checkout. The staff are friendly, and Santhosh was especially helpful. A good place to stay with family or friends at a reasonable price.

We stayed here for a wedding a few days. It was decent, and Santosh, the host, was a good chap. The house has just enough equipment that guests wouldn't want to leave. The place had been arranged for us by a friend.

We spent three days here for a wedding, and the price wasn't worth it. There were mosquitoes everywhere, most switchboards didn't work, and even the fans in the apartment weren't working. The bedspreads and sheets were old and unpleasant to use. I think there were bugs in the beds and cots, and some of us developed allergies. Maintenance really needs to improve.

The host was responsive and even called me after checkout when I left a belonging behind. I picked it up from Santosh later that week. The rooms were neatly done, the place was clean, and it had good ventilation and a balcony. A very pleasant stay.

It might suit someone who only needs a place for a couple of hours a day, and I'd maybe come back for that. There were cobwebs, dusty utensils, no hand soap or handwash in the bathroom, and only one of the three bathrooms had a geyser. There were lots of mosquitoes, so bring repellent, since the rooms have no way to deal with them.
