The sheets were filthy, the beds and sofa were broken, the room and corridor smelled disgusting, and the exhaust fans in the room didn’t work. My mother was catcalled, and someone whistled from behind as she was going up to the room. He was apparently one of the hotel workers. I confronted him later at checkout, at 4 am before catching a flight. He said he’d been joking with a friend, which clearly wasn’t the case. I didn’t feel safe raising these complaints while we were staying there, given the hostile atmosphere. I reported it to Agoda, but they were helpless. One of the worst properties I’ve stayed in.

The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. We had a pleasant stay.

The staff were very rude and uncooperative. The rooms are old and poorly maintained, the bedding and chairs were dirty, and there was no TV remote or hot water. Best to avoid this place.

For the price, this is a good hotel when you need a budget stay in a hurry. The bed is great and doesn’t give me back pain like beds at other hotels. The room is okay, though some rooms don’t have a TV. Hot water was available in 106. The TV is the only real problem. Compared with other hotels, this one is better overall for the price.
