The room and bathroom were very spacious, but that was the only good part. The reception smelled really bad, the sheets were dirty, there was no water when we entered, and the phone didn’t work. We had to track down staff whenever we needed anything, and one staff member was rude, telling us to complain at reception about the room. We booked for four adults and were given a sponge mattress when we asked for an extra bed. A terrible stay. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I recently booked a stay at alegria paradise through goibibo. The room was good and the staff were good too. They have their own great way of communicating.

A total waste of money. The place was dirty, the room had cockroaches, and there was no AC, just an old-fashioned unit. There wasn’t anywhere nearby to eat either. Don’t trust the pictures on their website or online.

The hotel itself is good, but room service was really poor.

The room felt very old, and the washroom hadn’t been cleaned.
