The visit was disappointing for the price. Parking is barely managed, so finding a space is a nightmare, and the area doesn't seem able to handle the number of visitors expected. The entrance is another problem, with deep dips and potholes that make cars and two-wheelers bump or bottom out, creating a hazard for vehicles. Upkeep is poor too. The toilets are outdated and haven't been modified or cleaned to a decent standard. Everything feels overpriced, including shops such as Gopal Sweets, where the prices seem high compared with the quality and service. For a place presented as a premium hub, the mall isn't fully functional and lacks basic maintenance. It offers a poor experience for the cost, so I'd go elsewhere until these issues are fixed.

We ordered a few things at the restaurant, but the delivery took a very long time. When we tried to cancel because of the delay, staff started arguing with us. Their behavior came across as rude, and the service was poor. 😖😕😟

Citi Plaza Mall in Ambala, Haryana, was a pleasant visit for me. The place is roomy and clean, and its layout made it easy to get around the different stores. I liked seeing both familiar national and international brands and local shops with more unusual products. There are options for clothes, electronics and meals, with a broad mix of interests covered. After shopping, the food court was a nice place to sit. It has plenty of seating and a range that includes fast food, traditional Indian dishes and more exotic choices. The mall staff were friendly, courteous and ready to help with questions, which added to the experience. The one thing I'd improve is the parking organization, which could work better when lots of visitors arrive. That minor hassle didn't take much away from my overall visit. There's a good selection of shopping, dining and entertainment here, and I'd recommend it to people around Ambala. A well-deserved 4 stars.
