The manager's dismissive tone made me feel more like a servant than a guest, and several basic things were wrong during my stay. There was no hot water for a morning bath, and breakfast wasn't available because there was no cook. The bathroom had multiple broken or damaged items. Leaving the parking area was also awkward because no guard or chowkidar was there to help. Along with a few smaller inconveniences, this left me feeling undervalued and made for a highly disappointing stay. I expect working facilities, basic amenities, and respectful communication. Please investigate and take steps to prevent these problems from happening again, and let me know what you plan to do. I'd appreciate a reply soon.

Cockroaches were roaming around the room, and there was a bad smell from the room, bed, and blanket. The place felt unhygienic, and the management, including the hotel manager, was awful. They wouldn't even give me a bill, making lame excuses about a damaged hard drive. One of the worst places to stay in Ambala. Don't ever book here or it could be a nightmare.

The staff were cooperative when I asked them to change the bedsheet and pillow covers and clean the room again. With COVID restrictions, the hotel had minimum staff, which I understand, but the room cleaning still wasn't to my liking. The property is in an old locality with a narrow road and parking, and the area is home to cowmen and pot makers. COVID and the lockdowns make it hard to give a true picture of the place. I've posted some snaps for a rough idea.

The rooms smelled bad, and the floor had lots of cigarette leftovers. They wouldn't even provide one water bottle in the room. Not recommended.

There were stains on the blankets, towels, bedsheets, and the pillows and sheets were dirty. When we asked for a change, he refused and said, "jo karna h kar lo". If you're looking for a cheap hotel, this could be a fit, but the stay was very bad.
