Hotel Mayura - Ambikapur

A nice venue for a destination wedding or any kind of event.

Very poor room service. This is a very, very poor hotel for the Ambikapur area, at least in my experience so far.

Hotel Mayura's restaurant was a highlight for me, especially the varied breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh, tasty choices. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and had modern amenities; the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything spotless and tidy. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and were consistently friendly and professional. They helped with questions and requests, suggested local attractions, and arranged transportation, going out of their way to make the stay memorable. I was impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and focus on guest satisfaction.

The staff were courteous, helpful, and young, and I enjoyed my stay. It's a standard hotel in Ambikapur town, Chhattisgarh, with good food and amenities, plus spacious rooms and a standard breakfast. Room 101 on the ground floor needs repairs to its upholstery and furnishings.
