Grand Residency Hotel & Serviced Apartments

The peaceful atmosphere and great location made our stay at Grand Residency Hotel & Service Apartments very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. Excellent service overall. Highly recommended for short or long visits.

The response time was really impressive, and they gave a personal touch to all our needs. The whole hotel was clean and hygienic, the staff were very polite and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It feels like more than a 4-star hotel.

After I complained, they moved me to another room, but the only improvement was that the stench was gone. Everything else was just as bad. The first room had visible mould and was extremely damp. Beds were literally impossible to sleep on, the bathrooms were pathetic, and the rooms are completely rundown. I've attached photos of the room and fittings from the so-called upgraded accommodation. This level of neglect is unacceptable. Strongly advise avoiding this property.

We stayed in an updated room, and it was lovely. There was plenty of space to spread out and work in the living room, the decor was beautiful and looked well crafted, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was exquisite, and everyone was welcoming and so nice. It's an exceptional place to stay, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. We'd certainly stay again.
