Sukh Hotel

I had to call and ask for basics that should have been there already, including shampoo, slippers, a dental kit, an AC remote, and a food menu. The food was overpriced for its taste and quality, so I don't see myself returning to Sukh Hotel. It might suit other people, but it didn't meet my expectations.

The room was spacious, clean, and in a great location. Room service can't be called in, though the employees are very cooperative. Breakfast has limited choices, but what they make is tasty. I had amazing chhole and pav bhaji, much better than at big famous food joints.

They took the full amount before I checked in, and when I asked for my money back because I didn't want to stay, they wouldn't consider it. The rooms were nowhere near what I'd expect from a 3 star property. They smelled bad, the bathroom was the worst, and cleaning wasn't proper. At check in the reception showed very good floors, but after I got to my room it felt like a 0 Star hotel. They said wifi wasn't working that day, even though I need it for my business reports and emails. I complained, but they didn't listen or consider my request. Several times they shouted at me and cut off my phone when I asked them to come to my room or pointed out that I was their guest. They spoke very rudely throughout. I also said I would complain to Maharashtra TOURISUM, the CM office, and higher authorities.

The rooms smelled awful, breakfast was unhealthy, and room service was never on time. Don't visit this hotel.
