For a married couple, the management asks for a marriage certificate. If you don’t have one, they want a particular photo of the bride and groom only with their parents. We showed them other wedding photos, but they insisted on that exact pose, with the parents sitting in chairs and the couple standing beside them. Crazy management. Worst hotel I’ve seen in my entire 30 years of life 🤣
A comfortable place, with very good service from the staff. Nice stay and a perfect location.
The lady at reception told us the wrong checkout time, then asked for extra money for a late checkout. Bad experience. Employees are lying to the owner and exploiting customers for cash. The hotel owners should know about this scam and check the employees’ allegations before accusing customers.
This time the room wasn’t so good, and the bedding wasn’t clean. On an earlier stay, everything was wonderful: cooperative, humble staff, spacious and clean rooms, a pretty good location, a lift, and a clean, fresh washroom.
The room door was open when we got back, even though I remember locking it before we went out. So the hotel opened our room while we were away. I strongly recommend not staying here. The AC didn’t work, the fan barely worked, and there was no hot water. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had and not worth the money. We ordered 1 tea and 2 coffee for 180rs, but they weren’t even hot. I don’t know when they were made.
