The banquet hall was a letdown too: a thali cost 1200, but the food felt like it was worth 100 Rs. The ACs didn’t work and leaked water, and the toilets were dirty. The place also isn’t friendly for disabled people, which is a big service failure. There’s no parking, so guests leave their cars on the street, yet rooms cost more than 5k. A joke. Staff and management are disrespectful to almost everyone. They don’t seem to work, just keep fighting with customers at the counters. Management feels senseless and pathetic. With so many better hotels in other cities and no competitors here, they’ve become overconfident. At this rate, the hotel will soon be crushed.

The bathroom didn’t have reliable hot water, and parking was a problem. There was no proper response when I asked about parking or room service. Inside the room, everything felt slow and sluggish, with lots of dust and very dusty curtains. The overall experience wasn’t satisfactory.

I’d told the team in advance that I’d be arriving early after traveling from pune, and they confirmed the room. I checked in at 7 in the morning. But when I checked out at 10 o’clock, the desk asked me to pay an early check-in fee. That was unexpected since I’d informed them beforehand and nobody had explained any charge. I suggest not booking with this property.

The food was delicious, with plenty of tempting choices, and the hotel had an elegant, relaxing feel. I also found the amenities impressive, with lots of conveniences. The staff were outstanding and really went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. I had a fantastic time and am looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend it.
