Townhouse OAK Hotel Elements

Nothing worked properly in the washroom, with no ventilation or lights. The rooms weren't clean, the food was pathetic, and service was very poor. Staff were rude. The owner seemed so cheap that even the main gate and reception lights were switched off to save money.

When I arrived, the room was filthy. The carpet was stained, the bathroom smelled moldy, and there was someone else's hair on the bed. Disgusting. When I asked to switch rooms, the staff were unhelpful and almost rude. Terrible stay, wouldn't recommend it.

The towels in room 302 smelled, and there was no useful room service. Even a simple kettle with tea or coffee would have helped. The hotel is new, but it needs to make better use of its facilities and act more professionally. The toilet was barely separated from the room, the hand faucet was broken, and the shower didn't work. Worst of all, my key wouldn't lock the door after I left in the morning. Anyone could open it, and it would only lock with the hotel's master key.

Clean rooms and a nice environment...
