Coming back to the hotel the next day, we found that the room we had reserved after a two-day stay, with an advance already paid, had been given to someone else. The proprietor told the staff to “say anything to them and give another room.” We found that very unprofessional. The hospitality was very disappointing. Staff were unresponsive, we had to call repeatedly for basic things like drinking water, and check-in was slow with no one seeming interested in helping. The room also had poor ventilation and mechanical problems in the washroom, yet the price was high. I would not recommend it for families. The rude behaviour and bad service made for a bad experience.

With everything you need just steps away, the location is perfect. The rooms were spotless, and the hospitality felt genuinely warm. A comfortable, memorable stay, highly recommended.

Really nice room, and the terrace view was awesome. Service was very nice too, with helpful staff.

They didn't give us parking, and then argued with us. Service was poor, and we waited half an hour just to get water.
