Our trip was ruined by the worst hotel service of my life. We got a room with two single beds and a broken window; the sheets were dirty, and there was no water, let alone hot water. The staff were helpless and didn't answer calls. They make you pay the full amount while checking in, so you can't argue about payment. This was the worst of the worst. I wish I could have selected zero stars.

The room was pathetic and stinking, with no service at all and no hot water. The geyser had a short-circuit problem. They ask for the full amount before check-in. I recommend not booking this hotel at all.

Cigarette smoke was noticeable in every room, and staff were no help when I paid extra for a mattress. They just tossed it into the room and left me to deal with it. I was pushed to cancel my Booking.com reservation and pay cash to supposedly save GST. This suite wasn't worth ₹100 to me, but I ended up paying ₹2500. A pathetic experience.

The photos on OYO were completely misleading, and the rooms were awful. This was one of my worst experiences with OYO. Please take this review seriously so nobody else has to go through what I did. Avoid staying here.

We were charged a huge amount for just a two-day stay. The room was poor, and the staff wouldn't listen to us or help.
