Cygnett Resort Mountain Breeze

The open deck was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the calm surroundings. The property is huge and beautifully spread out, almost like a small town, and felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Our spacious, luxurious room had an attached balcony with stunning valley views, and waking up to that setting was a highlight. The food was good, though it could be improved. Special mention to Biplove for his warm, courteous hospitality.

The food was outstanding, both in quality and taste, with clean kitchen practices and hygienic preparation. Master Chef ( Anand sir ) showed real culinary skill and presented the meals beautifully. The resort also has lots of activities, a scenic location, and excellent hospitality from very polite staff. A great experience.

The mountain views from the room windows were breathtaking, and the resort deck had spectacular 360-degree panoramas. Since it’s at the mountaintop, the driver assistance was excellent and reassuring. Rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed; the staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The food was delicious too. We’ll definitely return with family!

The valley views from many rooms are panoramic, and the Mountain Breeze side is quieter and more scenic than the crowded Mall Road hotels. The hotel's strong point is its food, with guests praising the buffet breakfast and range of North Indian dishes. The "Cygnetture" dining experience is highly rated for freshness and flavor. Staff are often described as professional and "courteous," with quick check-ins and helpful travel desk support, including arranging taxis. As a 4-star property, it has modern, well-maintained rooms and bathrooms reported to be very clean.
