Hotel O Rampur Road Haldwani Formerly Hotel Shhalom

I got to the property and was turned away because they said they had no agreement with OYO. They also told me there were no rooms and sent me off to find somewhere else. It was frustrating and a huge inconvenience, and it reflects badly on OYO's service. The experience was unacceptable and disappointing, so I'd avoid booking through OYO in future. They need to address these mismatches before more customers have their plans ruined.

Just after check-in, before even getting basic services, staff brought over a scanner so I could pay the rent. After that, there was no sign of them. The service was pathetic. The washroom wasn't properly managed, and the rooms smelled bad. Don't come here.

The room and even the stairs smelled really bad. The only good thing is that it's right beside rampur road.

The food was awesome, and the staff were very helpful. It's a good hotel in the heart of the city, right on NH, with easy access to buses traveling to Delhi. Highly recommended. I'll definitely visit again.
