The staff were helpful, and the room was about 300 m from gurudwara. But getting in was uncomfortable: the entrance is down a dark, narrow alley where even a two-wheeler can't pass, so it didn't seem suitable for a family. The room was small and poorly maintained, its windows wouldn't close properly, and the tiny bathroom had a geyser that barely worked.

I stayed for two days, on 21 and 22 November 2024, and left my winter jacket in the room at checkout. I rushed back as soon as I remembered. The owner looked through some CCTV footage, and I believe housekeeping took it while collecting the used bedsheets for laundry. I was in a hurry to catch my flight and couldn't question them properly. The owner promised to look into it and get back to me, but when I called from home, he simply said his staff hadn't collected any jacket. A terrible experience at such a holy place, and a very irresponsible hotel that supports thieves.

The location was the one good thing about our stay. I booked two rooms for five adults, but the space was limited and the mattresses felt rock hard. The TVs didn't work in either room, and neither the AC nor geyser worked in mine. We stayed only because we'd paid in advance.

The room was dirty and had mice. When I complained, they told me to kill them myself. On top of that, I had booked by phone for two days and paid 1000 in advance, with 700 due the next day. After we arrived, they got a higher-paying booking, cancelled ours, and told us to leave by 12. I'm very disappointed with the service and won't book with them again.
