My booking for 6 rooms was cancelled just 2 hours before check-in, and staff wanted full payment upfront. They were also rude and arrogant. A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were good, and the staff cooperated with us and behaved well. It’s very close to the Golden Temple.

It’s only 150 meter from the Golden Temple, very near. The staff were cooperative, and the place was neat, clean and hygienic. I highly recommend staying here.

After I paid the advance, they gave us different rooms from the clean ones they had shown us. The rooms we were assigned were dirty and hadn’t even been cleaned. The staff weren’t cooperative or polite, and the stay was a very bad experience.

There was no cleanliness and the staff were pathetic. Don’t even think of staying here. Bansal deserves a minus rating himself.
