Surestay Hotel By Best Western Model Town Amritsar

On the third day, we came back from a tour in the afternoon to find the room hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping first said the staff were on leave, then, after I insisted, someone arrived half an hour later but said there were no fresh linens. We were left without a clean room or sheets despite paying for a stay. We had already changed rooms on day two, but hot water was still a problem. Housekeeping told us to let it run for ten minutes each time, which wasn’t a real fix. On the first day, the room was filthy and clearly hadn’t been prepared for guests, with blood stains on the bed linen. Housekeeping took over an hour to respond to our report, and the shower leaked with no hot water. The front desk seemed indifferent to all of it. The General Manager, Mr. Vikas, was the most disappointing part. He was arrogant, impatient, and dismissive, kept interrupting, and wouldn’t properly listen. He showed no respect or concern for paying guests and treated complaints like an inconvenience instead of trying to resolve them. Our three-day stay was a nightmare. The hotel is poorly managed, unhygienic, and unprofessional. If cleanliness, comfort, and basic courtesy matter to you, stay far away.

Breakfast was a letdown, with limited choice and food that didn’t taste up to the standard expected of this type of hotel. The room furniture was visibly worn and damaged, and the room itself wasn’t properly cleaned. Hygiene and housekeeping were poor, and getting room service was frustratingly slow, even for simple requests. My stay at Best Western Plus Amritsar was disappointing. It fell short on cleanliness, comfort, and service, so I wouldn’t recommend it without significant improvements.

The location was just right, and the room was clean and comfortable. We got a complimentary room upgrade, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff and service were good. A great stay, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The food was delicious and service came promptly. Everyone went out of their way to make the stay feel special, and I felt welcome and looked after from the moment I arrived. At Best Western Plus Amritsar, my room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained. Such warm hospitality made the whole experience amazing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Amritsar.
