The rooms were damp, the washrooms disgustingly dirty, and there was a strange smell. The walls were damaged, and the children started getting headaches. The sheets were stained and the blankets dirty. We booked four rooms based on online reviews, but they seemed completely fake. The owner is a cheat. We paid the balance by mistake before seeing any rooms. The owner came over with a payment machine and never showed us the rooms beforehand. Once we saw them, we asked to cancel and offered to let him deduct some charges and return the rest. He spoke rudely, left the hotel, and didn't refund a rupee. Don't trust those reviews or stay here, your money will be wasted and you won't get it back.

The mold smell and strong chemicals persisted even after we changed rooms, and the stench gave us an immediate headache and made sleep impossible. We were traveling with elderly grandparents who use wheelchairs. We lasted less than 40 minutes and didn't stay overnight, but the owner was dismissive, refused any refund, and walked away mid-conversation. We had booked four rooms based on the property's photos. When we arrived at 11 PM, the rooms were heavily moldy, foul-smelling, and the bathrooms were unhygienic, nothing like the pictures. The high Google rating is misleading and the photos don't show the actual condition. Avoid it unless you're willing to waste money and risk your health.

The location was convenient, about 800 meters from the Golden Temple. We stayed two days and had a great time. The price was very affordable for a student like me, the room was clean and well maintained, and the fan, lights, TV, and geyser all worked properly. We really enjoyed the stay, thank you!
