The washrooms stank, the rooms were untidy, the latches were broken, and the sockets didn't work. They charged for breakfast but didn't serve it, so you could walk over to the hotel next door instead. The service there was even worse. This place isn't maintained at all and isn't worth a penny. The worst experience you could have, I wish there were a negative rating. Never, ever check in here!

The rooms were spacious and it's near the railway station, but the washroom wasn't very clean. Just an OK experience.

Really bad stay and a waste of money. Room cleanliness was zero, the bedsheet was zero, and the staff were very rude. They didn't give me a manual room key, saying their server wasn't working.

It's easy to reach, right along the main road near Amritsar railway station, and a local taxi can get you there. The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were helpful. You take a lift up to reception on the 3rd floor, with most rooms from the 4th floor up. There's no hotel restaurant, though the staff provide tea bags, coffee, and milk powder. Overall, a good place to stay.

Basic hygiene was a serious problem. The bathroom leaked, cockroaches were all over the bathroom and elsewhere, and the lobby had no lights, which the owner blamed on some problem. Breakfast wasn't served until after 11am, which is far too late. The cleaning, hygiene, and room service were all below zero. This is a third class property, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
