I booked two suite rooms. They were quite spacious and clean, though they should have been cleaned before we arrived. A few things were broken here and there, but overall they were fine for a night or two. Dental kits and soap were available on request, but there was no shampoo or conditioner. Room slippers were provided on request, while washroom slippers were missing. The lift worked, parking was on the ground floor, and service was available when requested. Queens road is conveniently placed for getting around. It's a budget hotel, but cleaning and toiletries need improvement.

Great soundproofing: the kids slept right through the hallway noise. The blackout curtains were deep, too. It felt stress-free and worked really well for a family with light sleepers.

The rooms were well kept, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. It's also close to the Golden Temple.
