Comfort Inn

We were a group of 12 and stayed here in Nov-15. The tour and travel arrangements were helpful, quick to respond, and attractive. Staff were polite and friendly, and room service was very good. Breakfast and dinner were included, tasty, and plentiful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with appealing interiors. The hotel is very close to the markets, and we had an awesome time. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is easy to get around from, with transport readily available. Service, cleanliness, and food were all kept to a high standard. We had an amazing stay and received great hospitality. Definitely a must-stay.

When I visited in may 2017, my family stayed at comfortinn hotel in Gangtok and lachung, and we had the same good experience in both places. The food selection was very good, including south indian, northindian, and jain-gujurati dishes, with a rajasthani maharaj at all comfort hotels. There is plenty of parking, including vehicle parking on the 1st floor and 3rd, so older guests don't have to use the stair case. The hotel is only 4storage building and is neat, clean, and easily accessible. Staff were friendly and service was good. It's a decent deluxe hotel, suitable for families and ideal for jain and gujurati guests.

Routh ji was very cooperative during our stay from 11 January 2024 to 14 January 2024. He arranged our whole trip, including pickup and drop from Siliguri, and sorted everything at a very reasonable rate. The hospitality we received was very good.
