We spent three days there with no towels or soap, no room service or cleaning, and no TV connection despite asking several times. The floor was so dirty that you’d be better off wearing slippers. The manager treated us like aliens because we booked through MMT, and only money seemed to matter. He even told his assistant to give us a specific low-quality room for that reason. I challenged him to post photos of the dirty room. He laughed and told us to take his picture and upload it. A horrible situation. Friends, don’t book this place. MMT, don’t list hotels like this if you want to keep your value and customers.

The manager or owner takes an advance and confirms the deal, then demands more money when you arrive. If you argue, they tell you to find another hotel. A family coming from another state may feel pressured to pay the extra amount, and that’s how they loot customers. Nobody should book here. Avoid it and have a happy trip.

I’m on my third day here today, 16.5.19, and this is a third-rate place. The room has lots of cocruches, there’s no service to speak of, and they don’t even have a proper cleaning system. They call this a 3 star hotel, but I paid for three days in advance and have no option now. Please don’t ask about staying here.

The rooms were filthy, and they wouldn’t clean them even after I asked several times. There were bed bugs, and I got bitten. It was horrible. I’d never recommend this place. Please don’t go.

Near Deorali Taxi stand, the hotel is a good place to stay when visiting Gangtok. The staff are good, and they can help arrange a vehicle and the required documents for nearby trips like Nathula and Baba Mandir. I had a great stay here. Thumbs up 👍
