ECKO Lite MARS Hotel, Amritsar

We spent 2 nights here, and the rooms were clean, well maintained, and relaxing. There was 24-hour hot water, and room service stayed prompt and efficient. The staff were courteous and helpful, so our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Being within walking distance of the Golden Temple is a big plus for visitors. The accommodation and service were excellent, and it’s great value for money. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Gurmeet Singh ji treated us very well, and we also enjoyed the ride with sunny tour & travel. Ecko lite Mars hotel was a comfortable and very reasonable place to stay, the best we’ve ever stayed at. I’d recommend the hotel to everyone. Thank you.

I booked 7 rooms at Ecko Lite Hotel on 10th April 2026 through salesperson Navdeep. After booking, I looked up the online rates and found they were much lower. We were charged ₹2500 for a room listed online at ₹1600, which was highly disappointing. Room service was extremely poor, and basic things like dental kits and soap were missing. The washroom doors wouldn’t close properly, which caused serious inconvenience. The hotel still hasn’t provided the bill after checkout. As of today, 14th April, they’re still making the same excuse that their accounts staff is on leave, which is completely unprofessional. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or book here again.

The staff were polite and attentive, and breakfast and dinner had a great range of food. Wi-Fi worked well too, though the restaurant area could have been cleaner. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would consider returning.
