They were attentive to what we needed and gave us the rooms we had asked for. I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness, and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Behala.

The pricing felt fair for the quality, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Gautam Das and Rakesh were particularly helpful and supportive throughout my stay in Kolkata. I had a wonderful time here and would recommend it.

My stay was comfortable. The room was cozy, clean, and hygienic, and room service was both quick and reliable. Staff were polite and ready to help.

The room and bathroom are a good size, but that's about the only positive I can think of. It's close to 2 AM, and we've had power cuts for three nights in a row. There's no backup power or generator. Nobody is at reception at night, and when asked during the day, staff give the stock reply that power never goes out here so backup isn't needed. Mosquitoes have been bothering us the whole time, and the only relief was a mosquito bat I ordered from Instamart. The bed linen is dirty and still hasn't been changed despite asking. I'd avoid the breakfast they serve, street food outside is better. Water pressure in the bathroom is poor even on the first floor, and the geyser in our supposedly upgraded room doesn't heat the water. I regret booking here and dread having one more night left. After reading other reviews, I'm also wondering if some of them are fake and made up.
