We stayed two nights, but they only gave us soap and shampoo for one day. The phone didn’t work either. In the morning we waited two hours for towels, and the ones they finally brought were very dirty. Very poor service.

Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance. Cleanliness seems low on their list, there’s no dustbin, and there isn’t another hotel nearby. The facilities seem to be there in name only: the TV, AC, and intercom weren’t working. Try to avoid this place.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant at Hotel Amritsar Residency. The food was fresh and delicious, and we liked the atmosphere. Our room was clean and bright too. I had a memorable stay and can’t wait to return to Hotel Amritsar Residency. Highly recommend it.

The WiFi was very poor, and when we raised it, the response wasn’t satisfactory. The intercom also didn’t work properly, so we had to go to reception to place orders. There was a rat in our room that ate our snacks from the table, and even the menu in the room had been chewed. The bed made noises whenever we lay on it. A very, very bad experience.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and also comfortable for the price. Service was very good.
