OYO 15817 Home Spacious 3BHK Candolim

We’d booked this OYO home in advance and told the property we’d arrive late, but when we got there at midnight we couldn’t find it. We called the owner and OYO booking helpline repeatedly, waited on the road for an hour, and got no help. They kept asking for money even though we said we’d pay cash, and it felt like they were taking advantage of the fact we couldn’t find another hotel so late. They never came, and they were rude on the phone. Thankfully, our taxi driver took us to the main market in calangute so we could look for somewhere else. A hopeless, terrible experience. I think the people there are frauds, and the OYO helpline was no help either. They didn’t even call us once, not even about rating.

The 3BHK flat had loads of space and extra mattresses were already there. There are plenty of windows, though the lighting still felt a bit lacking. I really loved the place.
